A new construction project in Salobreña. On a 800m2 plot on a steep slope a 230m2 villa was built.
The 50m3 overflow swimming pool, also called infinity pool, is heated with an automatic solar cover in combination with solar thermal/heat pump. With various automation systems of water treatment and purification, the pool is designed to be low maintenance.
The solar thermal and heat pump system provide a major part of energy for the hot water supply, the pool and the underfloor heating.
The photovoltaic system covers the average energy demand.

This outdoor steam bath is designed in a morish style and has a beautiful view to the sea. The glass front allows a panoramic view from the spacious hammam. With lots of details a beautiful and elegant oasis of relaxation has been created.
