Thermosiphon or Gravity System
This system works without pump and therefore does not require electricity.
The system uses the natural force of gravity, which drives the warm water to flow upwards into the associated heat reservoir. This phenomenon is also called natural circulation.
Circuit with Circulation Pump
This system works with a pump that ensures that the water circulates between the collectors and the heat storage tank in a controlled mode.
The water in the flat-plate collectors absorbs the solar energy and is pumped into the heat storage tank as warm or hot water.
From there, the hot water is fed to the central water supply and, if necessary, used as a backup heating system for the house and swimming pool.
Absorber System (Pool heating)
With this system, the pool water is heated by flowing directly through the absorber, where it is heated by the sun and back to the swimming pool providing enough heat to extend the swimming season.
